User Roles
Role | Access level |

FirmAdmin | Full access to everything including firm settings, all matters, all users, billing |
Partner | Access to all matters, billing visibility, financial dashboards |
Solicitor | Access to matters where they are fee earner or assigned solicitor |
Staff | Access based on matter assignment; limited billing and financial access |
SuperAdmin is a system-level role used by CaseConnect support staff only. It is not a firm user role.
