Check "Receipts not yet described" first. If any report shows this line with a non-zero figure, treat every total above it as a minimum, not a final answer.

Origination and work-done are separate money. Don't assume a 100% total across all shares on a matter — the firm keeps whatever isn't allocated, and origination/work-done percentages are tracked independently of each other.

A fee share only starts counting from its effective date. If you're checking why a report doesn't show an expected figure, check the share's start (and end) date on the matter's Fee share panel.
