The big idea: one template works for every matter

The most common worry is: "Do I need a separate template for each type of contact — one for a company, one for an individual, one for the defendant, one for the claimant?"

No. You build one letter template, and it works on any matter. The template contains merge fields — placeholders that CaseConnect fills in from whichever matter you generate against. The template never needs to know who the client is or what type of contact they are.

This is the same idea as a mail-merge in Word, but the data comes from the matter automatically.
