Alerts

CaseConnect sends an alert notification when a critical date is approaching. The default alert is 7 days before, but you can set this per date (e.g. 14 days for high-stakes deadlines, 1 day for a same-day reminder).

Alerts appear in your Notifications panel. Depending on your firm's configuration, they may also trigger email notifications.
